Back in the Saddle and Coffee of Course

I think my holiday break is over.

Life has been so crazy lately. Ah, who am I kidding, it's been slow and simple. My favorite. 

This winter weather has been amazing. We are able to get outside most days of the week. We finally finished our chicken coop for our one chicken to live. She won't be wondering the yard pooping on everything now. It's like she knew we were trying to capture her to be put in a coop. I'm sure we all looked quite comical chasing her around. She is a quick little booger. 

I am currently obsessed with iced coffee or frappe whatever you call it. Let me share with you this amazing recipe.

• (not quite) 1/2 cup double strength cold coffee
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 1/2 T Hershey's Chocolate Syrup
• 1 1/2 T Sugar
• 2 cups ice

Blend. Enjoy.

​It makes enough for one giant glass or two small glasses. I personally don't like to share all this deliciousness so I double it if the hubs wants some.
